At the first of the year I posted my plan for the beginning of the year. (Here’s a link if you'd like to see it.)
Art Journal. I haven’t accomplished everything on that list yet, specifically the art journaling part. I have done work in my art journal and I did start out either writing or making art in my journal. I plan to continue with the art journal but I’m not going to commit to doing it everyday.

Soul Restoration II. I mostly completed Soul Restoration. I have a few things to finish up. I also started Soul Restoration II. This is going to be a VERY powerful class. It has already made a difference in my life.
After watching the first set of videos, even before I completed the lesson, I had already set the goal and completed something that I have been wanting to do for a long time and was just afraid to make the commitment.
I have volunteered for the Idaho organ donation agency—Yes Idaho. We’ve exchanged a few emails. I will be calling next week and I will have the first meeting later this month. I’m very excited to start this journey in my life. Thanks Melody for helping me take that leap!!!

Your Vintage Glue Book. This was also on my list to accomplish this year. They were having a sale a couple of weeks ago so I registered for it but haven’t started yet. One of the best things about this class is all the wonderful downloads she is giving us.
The other classes and projects that were on my list at the first of the year still are. As I complete some of these classes, I will register for others.
Composition for Collage by Claudine Helmuth. This informative class is from Big Picture Classes. We’re only on our first lesson and I’ve already learned a lot. I haven’t actually made the project for the first class. I’m hoping to share it with you tomorrow.
The Summer of Color. There is one event that I am really looking forward too this summer. Kristin of Twinkle, Twinkle is hosting this. She will give us a color challenge each week and we are to make a project of any kind using that color.
I will probably be making something new and different each week. Maybe a card one week, a mixed media peace another week, you get the idea! You should think about coming to join us while playing with color. You can make anything you want as long is it sticks to the color for the week. This will be a lot of fun!!!
Plus, I do intend to do some camping this year!!! After Claudine’s collage composition class and Soul Restoration II are over, I’m heading up into the mountains for a week or two!!! It’s been several years since I went camping and it’s one of my favorite things to do.
So that’s my summer plans, what are yours?
Blessings,
Christine
